| Dr. Leopold is sometimes called an \'expert generalist\' who has traveled the world gaining experiences which have facinated a wide spectrum of people with his ability to draw energy from \'The Arts\' to stimulate \'Technology,\' and vice versa. As one of the people who created the Iridium System he has inspired the young and the old with his ability to create \'A Vision\' which transcends time and space to stimulate imagination in many domains. Today He Lectures, He Writes and He Consults, but mostly He Inspires. He often gives of his time freely to inspire young people. The realizatiion of the Iridium System included the integration of over 17 million lines of software code (mostly C++) in a period of six months. He was both the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Process Officer which enabled the successful completion of that effort. He was recognized for those efforts with accolades from around the world.
